Roles and Responsibilities

  • Managing the sales staff successfully to achieve growth and sales targets. 
  • Creating and implementing an extensive sales plan to increase the company’s customer base and maintain its strong presence.
  • Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  •  Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  •  Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence.
  • Own sales representative recruiting, goal setting, mentoring, and performance tracking.
  • Create and maintain great, long-term customer connections by collaborating with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present to the management team sales, revenue, and spending data, as well as reasonable estimates.
  • Recognize rising markets and market shifts while staying up to date on new products and competition.



  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or business development officer with at least two years of experience, reaching or exceeding targets consistently.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Committed to lifelong learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence convincingly and effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from start to finish.
  • Strong commercial acumen and industry knowledge.
